This is how your rug will be cleaned
Rugs need to be assessed to make sure they can be cleaned and by which process, wet or dry. Attention must be paid to the make-up of some rugs as they have a potential to shrink if the wrong process is used.
Rugs, as for Carpets and Upholstery, need to be fully dry vacuumed to ensure the removal of the dry soiling before solutions are used. The procedures are similar to those of upholstery and carpets, but due to the use of a smaller hand tool, rugs do take longer to clean.
Rugs can be cleaned at the customer's address if space allows, but to reduce inconvenience during the cleaning and drying process, we normally clean rugs away from their address. This allows us the necessary space and time to perform the most effective clean with the minimum disruption. Rugs can normally be completed in around 3 - 5 days and returned fully dried out. This is normally the best option for the busy household.
We can arrange to collect the rugs from the customer's address and deliver them back after cleaning, all this will be included in the quoted price. Unfortunately, on smaller rugs this price can be higher in relation to their size and value.
