This is how your carpets will be cleaned.

Having assessed the carpet and discussed the potential results with the customer, when instructed to carry out the work this is how we would proceed.

The first step would be a full dry vacuum of all areas to remove all the dry particles, dirt and dust from all ares of the carpet to be cleaned. This is done with a Sebo industrial upright vacuum cleaner which has a power brush to aid soil removal.

Secondly, any spot marks and/or stains will be individually targeted with various spot treatment products to aid their removal. All fibres have the ability to be permanently marked, but most stains can be noticeably improved or completely removed.

Thirdly, a pre-spray will then be applied to aid the removal of general soiling, especially in the high use areas.  To improve the effectiveness of the cleaning process agitation may be used with a power brush.

The fourth step, after all these pre treatments have been carried out, the carpet will then be cleaned using the Hot Water Extraction method. This is arguably the most effective way to deep clean your carpets. It uses high pressure hot water sprays to inject deep into the pile of the carpet whilst simultaneously extracting the waste water with all the dirt through a floor wand and back to the waste tank.

Finally, following the cleaning process, turbo dryers will be used to move the air around in the areas that have been cleaned to reduce the carpet's drying time.

Where possible, all furniture that can be, will be moved and as a safety feature all furniture that could bleed colour into the carpet will have protective pads put underneath. These pads should be left under furniture until the carpet is totally dry.

If required, stain protection can be applied to the freshly cleaned carpet to help prevent further staining. This process will not stop the carpet getting dirty again, however, it will reduce the chances of a stain becoming permanent and increase the chances of removal.
