We have been cleaning since 1998 and are proud members of the National Carpet Cleaners Association, membership number 1986.  This is a guarantee that we have achieved the required level of training, clean to the highest possible standards and use the best equipment and products available.  Our training was done by the IICRC which is the world's largest certification body for Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning and our company has achieved Certified Firm status following this extensive training and examination.  We are a Woolsafe Certified Operator so are able to safely clean all your wool, wool mix and stain resistant nylon carpets.                
 
It is always our aim to visit the job to confirm sizes, level of soiling, fabric content and audit the whole job so as to offer accurate written quotations which are guaranteed. Having answered any questions the customer may have, we will then issue a Free Written Quotation for the job. This is your guarantee that the price quoted will be the price paid, unless the job changes to include less or more work.  Our pricing is reflective of the time and effort taken to clean to high standards and includes a policy for customer satisfaction which is straight forward and easy to understand. 

If you feel we have not used the most thorough cleaning methods and cleaned to the highest standards we will not accept your payment. 

Our Company is fully insured and covered by Employers Liability, Public Liability and Treatment Risks Insurance which is important as it covers items being worked on. 

We use a minimum charge for smaller jobs due to the set up time involved because otherwise it would not be viable. We do not rush through the job, and whilst cleaning are not scared to have a conversation which most people appreciate.
